Printed Labels
Walle Corporation provides a full-line of sheet and roll-fed label solutions and services for the packaged goods industry. Our specialty is high quality multicolor labels with up to eight (8) color lithographic or ten (10) color flexographic printing. We offer a wide variety of substrates including paper, metalized, oil & grease resistant, synthetics, wet-strength, holographic, OPP and shrink film. Our on-site, in-house state-of-the-art Prepress Department is fully equipped with the latest in high resolution scanning devices, digital proofing hardware, color management, conventional plate making equipment, and computer-to-plate technologies. Computer-to-plate offers you a totally digital workflow while providing an improved printed product with fast turnaround times.
Lithographic Printing
With our state-of-the art lithographic presses we provide high quality, yet economical, labeling solutions. We offer up to eight color printing plus coating on a variety of substrates from C1S paper to synthetic films. Inks and coatings can be formulated with product resistance, scuff resistance, as well as with eye-catching colors. Lithographic products are available in square cut or die finishing, with perforation and/or back print. Products are; C1S papers, wet strength papers, synthetic films, oil & grease resistant papers, metallized papers, and holographic papers. If you are looking for a labeling solution that provides high gloss, burst strength and is scuff proof, our flexo labels give high performance with economies you can afford. We offer up to ten color printing on a variety of material constructions. We provide both roll-fed and cut and stack finishing to suit your needs. Additionally, for your promotional efforts we offer conventional and variable back printing. Products are: poly-paper; C1S papers, metallized papers, wet strength papers, Poly-poly; multiple film gauges, opaque, clear and metallized film, shrink films.
